M-am si eu dus pe sbux.ca sa gasesc un shop langa mine (trendinez si eu, ca de la Tim sughit ) si am dat de lista de tari, fara sa ma gandesc am ales romania. Pana sa-mi dau seama ca am gresit deja imi aparusera rezultatele, 3 shop-uri in Bucuresti (aeroport, duuh! si 2 mall-uri). Cool, zic eu

Iar fara sa gandesc (devine un obicei ) dau un search “starbucks bucuresti” si dau peste mamaia trendineza (mai trendineza ca mine):

Deci, stai asa, cum vine?

- Don’soara barista, nu te supara da-mi si mie o cafea pentru mamaie, sa fie mocha-toffee-frapu-macchiato-cino. Cu frisca. Grande.

The Starbucks coffee is good, no doubt about that. Their customer service is even better, here’s why.

It’s 8:40 am, I’m in the Sbux shop (at Church & Shutter) waiting for my tall bold – yeah, I’m really not into the fancy coffees/lattes/cappuccinos stuff. So, I waited for 2,3 minutes and nothing. Usually it doesn’t take them more than 5 seconds, but whatever, maybe they’re out and brewing some new coffee.:D

After another minute or so, one of the baristas looked at me and realized that he forgot my complicated order – the tall bald. He appologized, I said no problem, I wasn’t in such a big hurry even though I had to be at work at @ 9am. He gave me my coffe and this little card:

Again, while I didn’t get mad because I waited a bit I don’t mind this free coffee coupon. And I have a feeling I’ll be ordering something fancier
